What is Microsoft Word?
Microsoft Word is word processing software. Microsoft Word is the part of the MS Office package and it is mainly used for word processing. Word processing means formatting and editing of content.
How to open MS Word?
Press Windows Key + R to open run command prompt and type winword to open MS Word.
=rand() Function
=rand() is used to generate three random paragraphs and
you can use these paragraph to practice
=rand(5,5)this function will return five paragraphs that
have five sentences.
What is difference between Save and Save As?
First Time the save option will work save as. Second time the save option will save the changes in the document permanently. Save as option is used to create duplicate document. You can rename the document or change the location at the time of save as option.
What is Font?
Font is a collection of character. We have different types of fonts like different hand writings. We can choose font according to the policy, rules, cost and readability.

- Ctrl+ A to Select all content of the document

Footnote: If we insert a condition on a page and in the bottom we discuss this condition is called footnote.

Endnote: If we insert a condition on a page and at the end of document we discuss this condition is called Endnote.
